Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unused or defective cartridge back in its original packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the contents of your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement cartridge within 3-5 business days.
